About me...and what I do
My initial experience with entrepreneurship was as a young child. My parents opened a bookstore, in 1982, in Amarillo, TX. They were passionate, but not as business savvy as they could have been. Unfortunately, their business had to file bankruptcy when I was still very young, but old enough to remember the strife my parents went through.
Now with my own family, and after several entrepreneurial forays of my own, I love helping small business owners understand their finances, their systems, and how to not make the financial mistakes that are so easy to fall into without the proper guidance.
I want to inspire hope and optimism in my clients, while grounding ourselves in the real world constraints and circumstances you face as a business owner. Being prepared with knowledge and understanding is the best way to feel equipped to handle the logistical and financial hurdles you encounter on the exciting path of an entrepreneur.
